The Pilot Session

A clear way to begin, before anything bigger.

The Pilot Session is a single, fixed-price way to try Lumira. One planned day of filming becomes finished, publish-ready content within three weeks, so you can see the work before committing to anything bigger. It asks very little of your team’s time.

One session becomes a hero film and a run of short-form social videos, eight to ten in all. Every number is on this page.

The Pilot Session

See what one session becomes.

One session with our team: planned together, filmed in a single day on site, and turned into a hero film and a run of short-form social videos, eight to ten in all, with a plan for the sixty days after. A real sample of how we work, at a fixed price, before any longer commitment.

One session, everything included
£3,500

one session · finished content · delivered in 21 days

Our side of it. Every session delivers the finished, publish-ready content we agreed, or the next one is on us.

Two a month, at most. Each Pilot Session gets the planning and the finishing it needs, so we cap them rather than book out the calendar.

One per business. The Pilot Session is for new clients, and each business can book it once. It carries the full session, photography included, at a price we could not offer twice.

The value, plainly

A hero film and a run of social videos, for £3,500.

1What you get

A hero film plus eight to ten short-form social videos: filmed in a single day, then edited, captioned and graded to one consistent look, delivered ready to publish with a sixty-day posting plan.

2What it is worth

A brand film on its own is typically £5,000 or more. Here you get the film and the social videos together, for a fixed £3,500, everything included.

3If you continue

We credit £1,750, half the fee, against your first six months. So going on, the Pilot has effectively cost you around £1,750.

One planned day of your time; we handle the rest. Stop after the Pilot and everything we made is yours to keep.

The content system, month to month.

If the Pilot Session proves the approach, this is how it continues: a steady rhythm of sessions and publishing, priced as a system rather than a day rate. Three levels, depending on how much you want us to carry. Most clients settle at Authority.

Foundation
£3,000 / month
The content system: a steady rhythm of filming and publishing across the year.
  • Four sessions a year
  • Around 25 to 30 finished videos a year, with matched photography
  • Planning and a published posting rhythm
Most popular
Authority
£4,500 / month
More filming, more output, and hands-on management of your social channels.
  • Everything in Foundation
  • Six sessions a year
  • Six main feature films plus 45 to 50 short-form videos a year
  • We manage up to three of your social accounts
Pipeline
£6,500 / month
Everything in Authority, plus the sales layer that turns attention into enquiries.
  • Everything in Authority
  • A sales funnel, built and run
  • Ad management
  • Sales videos produced
  • Monthly reviews

What continuing involves. A one-off setup of £2,500 covers the strategy and content plan. Most clients pay monthly: the first payment covers your first two months plus the setup, £8,500 at Foundation, and it is simply monthly from there. Prefer to pay for the year up front and the setup is waived, with twelve months for the price of eleven. We set it out here so nothing surfaces for the first time on a call.

We ask for six months at the start because content compounds, and judging it on month two would measure the system before it has had a fair chance to work. After that the agreement simply rolls on, and you can end it at any time with two months’ notice. It is built so you stay because the work is earning its keep, never because a contract says you must.

These are starting points. Larger scopes, more sessions or multiple sites are priced to fit, and we are always happy to shape it around you.

Where conversion sits. On Foundation and Authority we build the presence, a consistent, quality rhythm of content, and your offer and sales team convert the attention it earns. On Pipeline the conversion layer becomes part of our job too: we build and run the funnel, manage the ads, produce the sales videos and review the numbers with you every month.

Our side of it. Every session delivers the finished, publish-ready content we agreed, or the next one is on us. We guarantee what we control: the volume and the quality. The rest depends on your offer and your team, which is exactly as it should be.
The honest comparison

What a year actually costs, in full.

Foundation is £3,000 a month: £36,000 over a year, or £33,000 all in paid annually with the setup waived. We would rather you did that sum here than at your desk later. What the number buys is output. A year of Foundation produces 25 to 30 finished pieces, planned, filmed, edited and published, which works out at roughly £1,200 to £1,450 per finished piece. A single commissioned brand film is typically £5,000 to £15,000, and it is one piece. A full-time hire costs a salary plus employer costs, kit, software and management time, and everything then rests on one person’s week.

If the yearly number feels like more than your business needs just now, that is a useful thing to know early, with no harm done. The Pilot Session stands on its own, and you are always welcome to come back to the rest when the timing is right.

Questions

The things people usually ask.

What does a session include?
More than the filming. Every session includes the planning before it, one focused day of filming and photography on site, and all the editing, captioning and colour grading afterwards, delivered publish-ready. So rather than paying for a day of camera work, you are really paying for finished content.
What if we do not continue afterwards?
That is no problem at all. The Pilot Session stands on its own: you keep the content and the plan, and you can run it yourself.
Are we tied in?
The first six months are the commitment, because that is how long the compounding takes to show properly. After that the agreement rolls on with two months’ notice, so you stay because the work is earning its keep, not because a contract says so.
Is photography included, or extra?
Included, in every session, the Pilot too. We film and photograph in the same session and grade the stills to match the video, so everything shares one look. Photography is part of how the content works, not a separate line on an invoice.
How much of our time does it take?
One short planning call, one day on site with the people we agree, and a look at the edits. Most of the work happens on our side; the aim is to take as little of your time as we can.
How quickly can we start?
We cap Pilot Sessions at two a month, so the next open slot is usually within the month or the one after. We confirm the date on the booking call, before anything is paid.
What happens when we book?
A short call first. We agree what to film and check the fit both ways. If a single film is what you need, we will say so on that call.
Who comes to the session?
Our team. Where we need extra capacity, we bring in trusted people we work with regularly, and everything is finished and graded by us to the same standard, so the look stays consistent whoever held the camera.
Why only two Pilot Sessions a month?
So each one gets the planning and the finishing it needs. A small number done well beats a full calendar and slipping quality.
Is this right for us?
It fits businesses that want a consistent content presence and have a real audience to reach, rather than a single one-off film. If a one-off is the better fit, we will tell you honestly, and happily point you towards it.
