Testimonial video that wins you the work.

Testimonial video production in Hertfordshire. Your customers, on camera, telling the story buyers actually trust.

Where this fits

Customer and case-study films are some of the most persuasive proof a business has. We build them to be used in sales conversations and on the pages where buyers decide, and we cut each film into shorter proof assets so one interview works across your site, your outreach and your social channels.

What this covers

Proof, in your customers' own words.

Testimonials are not just reviews. They are stories and genuine feedback from people who have been on the journey with you, produced so a potential client sees the real benefit of choosing your business.

Customer story films

A full case study on camera: the problem, the work, the result.

Client interview shoots

Relaxed, well-directed interviews that capture emotion, not just words.

Sales-ready cutdowns

Short versions made for proposals, follow-up emails and sales conversations.

Proof for the pages that convert

Placed where buyers decide: service pages, landing pages, pitches.

Where these usually stall

The things people say before a customer film gets booked.

These come up on almost every one of these projects, and none of them stop it happening. It usually helps to say them out loud early.

01

Asking a customer feels like a favour

Most people hesitate here, because the relationship matters more than any film. In practice, a customer who is pleased with the work is usually glad to be asked, and it helps if the ask is small and the filming is easy for them.

02

The quotes on the website carry no weight

A written testimonial with a name and a job title underneath could have been written by anyone. A buyer reading it has no way of telling whether the person is real, or whether they would still say it today.

03

The story only works when you tell it in person

Someone in your team can explain the project properly in a meeting, with the detail and the result. That version never reaches the buyer who is reading your website at nine in the evening and making up their own mind.

How it works

One planned filming session with your customer, cut into the pieces you actually need.

We plan one filming session around your customer, so their part of it stays short and straightforward. That session gives you a hero film telling the whole story, a run of short films for social, eight to ten pieces in all, and photography captured at the same time. The longer film sits on the website, the shorter pieces go out on social, and your sales team has something specific to send when a buyer asks whether you have done this before.

The finished films and the footage we capture are yours, to send to a prospect, include in a tender, or put on your website and in proposals, without any additional usage fees.

Filming with your customer

How we look after the people on camera.

The first thing most people want to know is what all this asks of their customer. It is a fair question, so here is how we handle it.

01

We help you make the ask

Before anything is booked we write a short note you can forward to the customer, setting out what is involved and how much of their time it takes. People say yes more readily when they can see the shape of it, and the ask lands better coming from you.

02

Nobody is asked to learn a script

We send the questions over in advance so nobody is caught out, then we have a conversation on the day itself. False starts are edited out, and people who tell us they are hopeless on camera usually come across very well once they are talking about their own work.

03

Your customer sees it before anyone else does

They get the edit to review before it goes anywhere, and anything they would prefer left out comes out. Most people ask for very little, and it is worth doing anyway, because the relationship carries on long after the filming.

04

Starting with one story

Most companies begin with a single customer, so they can see how it goes before approaching anyone else. That is the Pilot Session at £3,500, delivered within 21 days, with a sixty-day posting plan so the pieces have somewhere to go rather than sitting in a folder.

A simple way to start

Start with one customer story.

£3,500one filming session

The clearest way to know whether this works is to try it once. A Pilot Session is one filming session with one of your customers, with video and photography captured together. We turn it into a hero film and a run of short films for social, delivered within twenty-one days. If you continue with us within sixty days, half the fee, £1,750, is credited against your first six months. Every number, and the monthly plans, are on the pricing page.

Common questions

Good to know.

How much does a testimonial or case study video cost?
A Pilot Session is £3,500, and that is where most testimonial and case study work starts. It covers one filming session with video and photography captured together, and you end up with a hero film and a run of short films for social, eight to ten pieces in all. What moves the cost beyond that is usually distance, the number of customers you want to film and whether the story needs a second location, since a second site normally means a second session. If you continue with us within sixty days, half the fee, £1,750, is credited against your first six months.
How long does it take to get the finished films?
Everything from the session is delivered within 21 days. There is usually a short planning stage before the filming day, and in practice the longest part is finding a date that suits your customer, which tends to sit outside anyone's control. If the customer's own marketing or legal team needs to approve the finished film, it is worth allowing a little extra time at the end.
How much time does this take from us and from our customer?
Your customer usually gives us about an hour on the day, and we come to them, so they have no travel or preparation to worry about. We are based in Ware in Hertfordshire and film across Hertfordshire, London and the rest of the UK. On your side there is more to it: choosing the right customer, making the introduction, and working through with us what the story needs to cover and why it will matter to the people you are trying to reach. That is usually a few conversations rather than one. We look after the questions, the setup and everything that follows the filming day.
What do we own and where can we use the films?
The finished films and photographs are yours to use wherever you need them, on your website, in sales emails, on social, in tenders and in pitch decks. We ask the customer who appears for simple written permission before anything is published, because that is what keeps the material safe to use later on. We keep the original footage, so if you want a shorter cut or a different version for a particular pitch, we can usually go back to it without filming again.
Is it awkward asking a customer to take part in a video?
It is usually less awkward than people expect, particularly when you ask a customer you already have a good relationship with. What we tend to see is that the ask lands well when you are clear it is about an hour of their time, and honest that the film shows their business alongside yours. We are happy to draft the note you send, and we always plan for a second choice as well, since a customer being too busy to take part is common enough to prepare for.
What if our customer is nervous or not confident on camera?
That is very common, and it rarely causes a problem on the day. We film it as an interview, with no script for anyone to remember, and we will ask the same question a few different ways until the answer comes out in their own words. Anything that does not work simply does not make the edit, and we send the finished film to the customer before it is published, which takes a lot of the pressure out of the day.
