Live stream production for the people who cannot be in the room.

Live stream production for conferences, AGMs, launches and internal events in London and across the UK. We plan and film the event, and bring in a specialist streaming partner to run the live stream, so you have one point of contact from the first call to the recording afterwards.

Where this fits

A live stream reaches the people who could not travel on the day. The recording is what keeps working after it: the keynote becomes a clip, the panel becomes a run of short posts, and the whole event becomes something you can send to the people who missed it.

Event filming showreel

The hospitality and events showreel, a selection of recent event filming.

What this covers

Events we can stream.

The filming and the edit are ours. The live stream itself is run by a specialist partner we choose for the event, brief and coordinate.

Conferences and keynotes

Several cameras on the stage, streamed to an audience wherever they are.

AGMs and all-hands meetings

For teams spread across sites, with a recording for anyone who could not join.

Launches and announcements

One moment, live to the people who need to see it first.

Hybrid events

The room and the remote audience planned for together.

The recording and the cutdowns

The event edited afterwards into full talks, highlights and short posts.

Public or private

Streamed to the platform your audience already uses, or to a private link, agreed when we plan.

How it works

One point of contact, two specialists.

A live stream needs two jobs done well: filming the event, and getting it to the audience. We do the first, a streaming partner does the second, and we coordinate both.

01

We plan against your running order

We go through the schedule with you and agree what the remote audience needs to see, and when. The cameras and the stream are planned around that.

02

We choose the partner to fit the event

The streaming partner is picked for the audience size, the venue and the platform, and their setup is part of the plan we send you.

03

The venue is looked at early

With the partner, we check the room, the connection and the access during planning, by a site visit or remote checks depending on the venue, so problems turn up in the planning rather than on the morning.

04

A recording as well as the stream

We can record the event on site as well, so the edit afterwards does not depend on how the stream went. We agree that in the plan.

Our event filming work includes Delaware North (London Stadium), CBRE and HubSpot. Live streams are delivered with a specialist streaming partner.

Common questions

Good to know.

Do you run the live stream yourselves?
We plan and film the event. The live stream itself, the encoding, the connection and the platform, is run by a specialist streaming partner we choose for the event, brief and coordinate. You deal with us as your main point of contact, and who is responsible for what is set out in the proposal before you commit.
How much does live stream production cost?
It depends on how many cameras the event needs, how long it runs, where it is streamed to and what the venue can support. We quote each one after a short call about the running order, with the filming and the streaming set out separately, so the cost is clear before you commit.
What happens if the connection drops?
The venue connection and the backup options are worked out with the streaming partner during planning, and what makes sense depends on the venue and the platform. We can also record the event on site, so that if the stream is interrupted there is still a complete recording to edit from.
Can we have the recording afterwards?
Yes. The recording and any edits are agreed in the plan: full talks, a highlight film, short cuts for social, whatever the event needs. That is the part that keeps working for weeks afterwards.
Where do you work?
London and across the UK. Venues further afield are quoted case by case.
