Delaware North: Michelin-starred dining at the Emirates FA Cup Final

In May 2026, Wembley Stadium and Delaware North put a Michelin-starred chef in charge of a concessions menu for the Emirates FA Cup Final. Delaware North believe it to be the first time that has been done at a major stadium.

Andrew Wong, Chef Patron of the two-Michelin-starred A. Wong, built the menu around dim sum and the layered flavours his restaurant is known for, adapted for the scale a cup final demands. Calum Franklin, Chef Patron of Public House and known to most people as the Pie King, brought his own contribution to the same series.

We filmed it as the Signature Chef Series. The film is built around what the two chefs made of working with Delaware North, and what that collaboration put in front of the people who had come to watch the football.

A cup final does not wait for a film crew. The access windows were short, the schedule moved as the day moved, and the people we needed on camera were feeding a stadium while we were filming them. We planned around their day rather than asking them to plan around ours, kept the crew small enough to be forgotten about, and delivered on time.
