Working with Lumira

A clear way to begin.

We build the content systems that keep businesses visible week after week: film, photography and a publishing rhythm, produced from a handful of sessions a year. This page sets out what that costs, plainly, and the single session that lets you see it working before any longer commitment.

The shape of it

Three things worth knowing first.

01One session becomes eight to ten finished pieces

Planned with you, filmed in one day on site, then edited and graded to a single consistent look across film and stills.

02A rhythm that keeps you visible

The pieces are planned and published week after week, so your presence holds while you get on with running the business.

03Prices, written down

Everything we charge is on this page, in full. Read the numbers in your own time, and talk to us only if they look right for your business.

The Pilot Session

See what one session becomes.

One session with our team: planned together, filmed in a single day on site, and turned into eight to ten finished pieces with a plan for the sixty days after. A real sample of how we work, at a fixed price, before any longer commitment.

One session, everything included
£3,500

one session · finished content · delivered in 21 days

£1,750 comes back to you. Continue with us within sixty days and half the Pilot is credited against your first six months. If you stop after the Pilot, that is genuinely fine: everything we made is yours to keep.

Two a month, no more. Each Pilot Session gets the planning and the finishing it needs, so we cap them rather than book out the calendar.

On siteA planned day of filming with our team

Video and photography captured together in one focused day. The stills and the film are colour graded to the same look, so your feed feels like one brand rather than two.

The outputEight to ten finished pieces

Edited, captioned and ready to publish. A mix of film and stills you can space across your channels, not raw footage handed back for someone else to sort out.

The planA sixty-day posting plan

What to post and when, so the content actually goes out rather than sitting in a folder. The rhythm matters as much as the pieces.

The turnaroundDelivered within 21 days

From the shoot to finished content in your hands inside three weeks, with the plan alongside it.

How the Pilot Session runs

Four steps, three weeks.

01
A short call

We agree what to film, who is involved, and what the next couple of months should build towards. No long brief to write.

02
The day on site

Our team comes to you. Film and photography together, planned to produce a lot from a single day of filming.

03
Edit and grade

We cut, caption and colour grade everything to one consistent look, film and stills together.

04
Delivery and plan

Finished content and the posting plan, inside twenty-one days. You can run it yourself or continue with us.

Two Pilot Sessions a month. We only take on ones we believe the approach will genuinely serve.

The honest comparison

What a year of content actually costs.

The question is rarely the cheapest route. It is which route can produce enough content to keep a presence going, and arrive planned and published. Here is how the numbers tend to land.

One film, commissioned
£5,000–£15,000
for a single asset

A production company film is a fine thing to own. It is one piece, and it does not feed a channel on its own.

An in-house hire
£35,000–£45,000
per year, plus kit and management

A full salary and equipment for, realistically, less finished output than a running system produces, and someone to manage.

A Lumira content system
from £3,000
per month, a whole year of content

Sessions spread across the year, film and photography, planned and published. A running system for less each month than a single commissioned film, and it keeps producing.

The system, not the single film
After the Pilot: LumiraOS

The content system, month to month.

If the Pilot Session proves the approach, this is how it continues: a steady rhythm of sessions and publishing, priced as a system rather than a day rate. Three levels, depending on how much you want us to carry. Most clients settle at Authority.

Foundation
£3,000 / month
The content system: a steady rhythm of filming and publishing across the year.
  • Four sessions a year
  • Around 25 to 30 finished videos a year, with matched photography
  • Planning and a published posting rhythm
Most popular
Authority
£4,500 / month
More filming, more output, and hands-on management of your social channels.
  • Everything in Foundation
  • Six sessions a year
  • Six main feature films plus 45 to 50 short-form videos a year
  • We manage up to three of your social accounts
Pipeline
£6,500 / month
Everything in Authority, plus the sales layer that turns attention into enquiries.
  • Everything in Authority
  • A sales funnel, built and run
  • Ad management
  • Sales videos produced
  • Monthly reviews

Every level: a one-off setup of £2,500 covering the strategy, content plan and setup (waived if you pay annually), a six-month minimum, and billing quarterly in advance. Pay for the year up front and you get twelve months for the price of eleven.

Our side of it. Every session delivers the finished, publish-ready content we agreed, or the next one is on us. We guarantee what we control: the volume and the quality. What your offer and your team do with the attention is yours.
To be clear about what this is

We build the system that captures attention and gives it somewhere to go. Your offer and your sales team convert it.

We do not promise leads or customers, because that depends on things outside a camera. What we can promise is a consistent presence, produced to a standard, arriving on a rhythm, so that when someone is ready to look you up, there is something there worth finding.

Questions

The things people usually ask.

What does a session include?
More than the filming. Every session includes the planning before it, one focused day of filming and photography on site, and all the editing, captioning and colour grading afterwards, delivered publish-ready. You are never paying for a day of camera work; you are paying for finished content.
What if we do not continue afterwards?
That is genuinely fine. The Pilot Session stands on its own: you keep the content and the plan, and you can run it yourself. If you do continue within sixty days, £1,750 comes off your first six months.
Is photography included, or extra?
Included. We film and photograph in the same session and grade the stills to match the video, so everything shares one look. Photography is part of how the content works, not a separate line on an invoice.
Who comes to the session?
Our team. Where we need extra capacity, we bring in trusted people we work with regularly, and everything is finished and graded by us to the same standard, so the look stays consistent whoever held the camera.
Why only two Pilot Sessions a month?
So each one gets the planning and the finishing it needs. We would rather do a small number well than book out the calendar and let the quality slip.
Is this right for us?
It fits businesses that want a consistent content presence and have a real audience to reach, rather than a single one-off film. If a one-off is genuinely what you need, we will tell you, and often point you to a better fit.
Start with a session

One session is enough to show you the difference.

Book a Pilot Session, or talk it through first. Either way, no long brief and no big commitment to begin.
